With over 30 years of trading experience, our Check4® tests aim to provide our customers with the highest quality point of care tests that are quick, easy-to-use and reliable. Our wealth of experience in the industry combined with friendly customer service and expert advice makes us one of the most trusted providers of self-diagnostic and professional tests. We provide a broad range of high-quality EU produced tests of an internationally recognised standard.
The Check4® range covers tests for professional use and also those for self-testing home use, including our Check4®-hCG(hl) home test for Termination of Pregnancy (TOP) which is used and trusted widely in the UK and Ireland by the UK National Health Service (NHS) and the Irish Health Service Executive (HSE).
Reliability
Our Check4® tests are easy to perform and provide fast results (within 5 to 15 minutes depending on the test), giving you peace of mind and allowing you to take more control of your health. Our products are CE marked and registered with the MHRA (the executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care in the UK which is responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and are acceptably safe.) Our high-quality, easy-to-use and reliable diagnostic tests are trusted by doctors and nurses throughout the UK.

Check4® is part of Quadratech Diagnostics Ltd, specialising in providing the highest quality state-of-the-art medical diagnostic and research products since the company was founded in 1990. We are an ISO 9001 Accredited company in addition to being a corporate member of the Institute of Biomedical Scientists (IBMS) and supporter of the British Society for Haemostasis and Thrombosis (BSHT). The achievement of high-quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees, in all activities associated with the customer’s order according to the principles of Quality Assurance.
This has been achieved by the means of the creation of a Quality System embodied by our Quality Manual and the associated procedures and flow charts, which follow the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and to which we are committed.
